Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old

Investment Options
National Economic Fund (NEF) Contribution:
- Single applicant: $100,000 USD
- Applicant + spouse: $140,000 USD
- Family of 4: $150,000 USD
- Non-refundable donation to St. Lucia’s national development
Real Estate Investment:
- Invest a minimum of $200,000 USD in approved real estate projects
- Must be held for at least 5 years
- Additional fees apply
Government Bonds (Limited Option):
- Minimum of $300,000 USD in non-interest-bearing government bonds
- Bonds must be held for 5 years
- Refundable after the holding period
Enterprise Investment:
- Minimum investment of $3.5 million USD in a government-approved enterprise
